Our Mission

Impact Media Ministries exists to communicate relevant truth through film, media and the Internet with the goal of rekindling hope and vision for our nation's future, our youth

Our Vision

Through our communications as an independent, nonprofit Christian media organization, we endeavor to play a part in shaping our nation's future by instilling in people's minds a favorable image of God, life, wholeness, health, honesty, responsibility, family, community and world mission. We endeavor to have a positive influence on our society's values and culture by taking up a visionary and prophetic role that is lacking today. We envision our role as that of challenging and inspiring young people to:

· Know of the truth,
· Achieve spiritual, emotional and relational health,
· Become active participants, not spectators, in overcoming our nation's challenges, and
· Invest personally in solving problems of national and global scope, through creative synergy with others and wise use of resources.

Values Overview

We are committed to the truth and relevance of God's Word the Bible as it relates to our complex world today. Unique to this time in history, we believe God is using and plans to continue using audiovisual media as a special tool for bringing about redemption, reconciliation and reconstruction at every level: personal, family, community, national and global. We take seriously our charge to communicate timely words and practical vision in all our media productions, with concern for quality, relevance and truthfulness. We are compelled to develop a media strategy which can exert a positive influence on our youth, and stimulate our nation to fulfill its God-given responsibilities to the world at large.

We desire to humbly serve our nation with love and respect for all her many peoples and their roots, and with sincerity and dedication for making a positive, lasting difference in the social, cultural and spiritual landscape. We work independently from other ministries and agencies, yet are committed to open, ongoing communication with them as needed for creating mutual understanding and working partnership. We are open to forming strategic alliances with others where synergy and mutual benefit may be realized in reaching a common, pressing goal.

Core Values

We hold that God's written Word the Bible is sacred and divinely inspired. It contains within its pages the instructions and keys for resolving man's greatest fears, conflicts and crises at every level, both personal, family, community, network, national and global. Through this Word, we are drawn into personal, intimate relationship with the all-powerful Creator of the universe, and derive from it all knowledge, wisdom and power for living. This Word guides us at IMM in all aspects of our ministry and operation.

We believe that God has a plan to use audiovisual media in its variety of forms to communicate his heart of love for all nations and people, draw them back into relationship with himself, enable them to regain wholeness in life and community, and compel them towards meaningful and rewarding service to others.

We appreciate the vision and hard labor of the countless people who, throughout the span of the twentieth century, have made it possible for us today to freely utilize media communications, including film, video, television, radio, multimedia and the Internet, to broadcast our convictions and dreams for the future to audiences of all sizes, ages, ethnic backgrounds and interests, in a manner that is timely, meaningful, interesting and cost-effective. In all our media production and distribution activities, we highly value quality, good stewardship of resources, people-orientation vs. task- or goal-orientation, good rapport with our clients and audiences, and commitment to truthfulness, honesty and clear communication. Our aim is to serve the nation by communicating relevant, practical, biblical truth with prophetic and visionary impact.

We see the dire need to focus energy and resources into shaping the lives of our nation's youth, for they will carry this legacy into the future—and they are our nation's future, with potential to shape the world. We observe many destructive influences pressing in on them: immorality in television and film, pornography, gambling, gangs, substance abuse, family violence, and the promotion of deviant lifestyles, to name a few. We make it a priority to use media as part of the overall strategy of instilling into them the values and practices which will enable them to contribute positively to their families, communities, society and culture.

We acknowledge the God-given calling and responsibility our nation has to the world at large. We recognize that many nations and peoples are seemingly cut off from God's many blessings that he intends for them, and we know there is a part for us to play in setting this right. We feel that many people in our nation will realize some of their greatest significance in life when they become actively involved in creatively using their time, talents and assets to help bridge the gap between where the world's peoples suffer and struggle, and God's highest and best for them.
