Tiny
Life
By
Sarah Shipman, age 14
Tiny
life, oh so helpless,
God’s sweet child, not yet born.
Mom, how could you be so cruel
To not let my baby live till morn?
Life is
wonderful! I’m so glad
That my mother gave me birth.
A little one, yes, although taxing,
Repays his mother all he’s worth.
Now I
speak for those who can’t
Christ has won the war I fight,
But th’aborted child He loves
Will never see earth’s light.
I cry
out for precious lives,
Give them love and care!
If you can’t, then give them up
To One who’ll always be there.
Whate’er
may come, all of their lives
Jesus will love them, I know.
You could be killing a servant of God;
How could you let them go!
Mothers,
it’s our divine privilege
To bring tiny life into the world
Nurture, care for, love it so
But kill it ere its leaves are uncurl’d?
No! Let
your baby live
Give the child what it deserves
Hope and a future, the right to life
For God the innocent preserves
If you’ve
done wrong, don’t hesitate
God forgives us, yes it’s true
So go to Him, make your heart right
And let us now begin anew
Men and
women, children and teens
All of you have a life to give
Join the fight against abortion’s evils
Let a precious infant live.
