Evolution.
There is no evidence like no evidence.

"Shouldn't this have gills and fins?"

How often is it that evolutionists neglect or even cover up evidence for Creation that doesn't support their theory? How often do they make a bold claim which later turns out to be wrong? Or how often is a "discovery" credited to the wrong source, sequence, explanation or mechanism?

In truth, it would seem the answer is: quite often. On the other hand, all fossil and archaeological evidence to date easily, reasonably supports biblical Creation and a subsequent global Flood.

SOME EXAMPLES

How about all those geologic sedimentary layers containing billions of fossils as irrefutable proof of evolution? Uh huh. How about all those geologic columns in which the ages are reversed or mixed up (species from supposedly older ages are found on top of younger ones)? And how about all those tree trunks buried in multiple geologic layers, spanning what evolutionists would have to concede would be millions of years (one part of the tree is in one layer, the rest of the tree is in a layer older by supposedly millions of years). Wow, those would be some amazing old trees. On the other hand, the turbulent waters of a massive global flood could certainly bury a lot of trees in layers and layers of sediment, which is exactly what we find in the fossil record today. Read about the geologic column from Dr. Don Patton or Learn about "polystrate fossils" (Apologetics Press)

Was the Loch Ness monster ("Nessie") a dinosaur?++ Have African natives been spotting some horrible creatures in the deep, inaccessible jungles which may actually be dinosaurs living today? Are any of the thousands of claims of creature sightings in the previous century evidence that dinosaurs are alive (but maybe not too well)? As evidence mounts for dinosaurs living in this current day and age, how can this possibly fit in with evolution's neat little theory? Maybe the reality of dinosaurs on planet earth is much closer to our own history than many people would like to think. This modern day evidence fits very well with God's recent creation and subsequent destruction of the earth with a massive flood. In God's plan, only eight people survived this deluge aboard a custom-made boat (aka "ark"), along with numerous animals and birds that God intended to save, including several dinosaur species. Explore historical evidences from Paul S. Taylor or See photos of dinosaurs in the twentieth century (Dr.Dino.com) or Read Bill Cooper's "The Early History of Man"

And how about all those "missing links"? There are so many hoaxes and mix-ups to date that we must seriously question the credibility of "scientists" rushing to stake their fame and claim in the evolution game. It would seem the only links missing are the ones in the brains and reasoning capacities of those looking for some way to come up with a believable pre-human ancestry. Go to the Hoax Gallery

Many people today still believe there was once a creature called the Brontosaurus, a mammoth dinosaur with a big, bulky head and long neck and tail. This poor beast never existed. It was a case of combining fossil finds from different sites and dinosaur families to come up with what they thought was truly a Brontosaurus. Today we would only be correct in referring to it as an Apatosaurus. Read the full, messy details here (Apologetics Press)

Thanks to Hollywood movies and vivid illustrations, people generally think of the Tyrannosaurus Rex as being a fierce, blood-thirsty carnivore who ruled the earth with a vengeance. Yet of all the T-Rex fossils (and similar dinosaurs of the same family) found to date, the teeth of these creatures are generally pristine, showing little wear and tear, not exactly what you would expect from a viscious meat-eater. Read "The Great Dinosaur Mystery" by Paul S. Taylor

Finally, does it take millions of years to create fossils or petrified wood? No, perhaps a few decades and the right conditions are all that is required. This page's author once found a piece of rock-hard petrified wood in the yard of his newly purchased home in 1991. It matched the size, shape and (paint!) color of the molding found throughout the house. The sample was found lying partially exposed in mud beneath the laurel bushes near the property line. (Unfortunately, since then that piece was broken into a few smaller fragments, the best of which is now stored for posterity in a neighbor's time capsule).

++We are not advocating that Nessie is a real creature. But think: what do so many sightings of the same kinds of creatures by different eyewitnesses over a long period of time indicate to us?
